1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using The Millionaire Marketing Gym™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use = your agreement.
2. Who Can Use the App? Our app is designed for all aspiring creators and marketers. There is no minimum age, but users under 18 must have parental consent. This app is intended for a global audience, as long as you have internet access.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation. We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions, with a 7-day free trial to explore the app.
After your trial ends, billing will begin automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial. You can cancel anytime via your account settings. No refunds will be provided, as this is a digital product with instant access to materials and training. Your cancellation will stop future billing, but access continues until your billing cycle ends.
4. Ownership & Intellectual PropertyAll content inside the App — including eBooks, videos, challenges, designs, brand assets, and original frameworks — are either owned by Digital Traffic Titans or licensed properly.
You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute any content without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use: You're expected to use the app respectfully and ethically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for the following: Misuse of our tools or platform, sharing or reselling content, Harassment of other users, violating community guidelines, or applicable laws
